Well Florida is flippin awesome so far! Elder Gamez and I are still going strong in the work and we have met a bunch of people and have made tons of friends and I cant wait to baptize dem! I will keep ya updated on dem! We still haven't knocked on or met a person here that only speaks english which is amazing it just gives you guys an idea how spanishy it is down here. Buuuuut my bishop here told me that Daniel Heath and his Wife live super close to me!! I hope i can see him here and maybe even go golfing with him! We can go golfing on P- Days if we are with a member so yeah that would be dope if I got to go golfing with him here. But yeah last P-Day we went to the Graffiti Art District and it was suuuuuuper cool I will send you guys some pics!
Well this last week has been super cool! I got to give a couple priesthood blessings and it was really cool! We knocked into a guy from the Panama who got into a car accident and his leg got cut in half and he was really big into cycling so he was super bummed out but we gave him a blessing and he really liked it. I also gave a priesthood blessing to a lady who was preparing for surgery to get her knee replaced for the 3rd time and she was like really emotional and cried alot but she was really grateful for my blessing and then fed us some super good food.
I also got to go on an exchange last week with Elder Anderson whose from Bountiful Utah. It was suuuuper cool. We taught some dude from the Martial Islands named Stanny and we taught him the law of chastity and told him he would have to get married to be baptized and when he heard this he immediatly wanted to get married which was a miracle. He spoke very little english but he could understand us which was also amazing. So after that lesson we then started preparing his wedding and baptism which is this week! I cant go though cuz hes not in our area which is lame but at least i helped him out a bit.
Well the mission is super fun and im loving it! I will send you guys some pics and hopefully some more awesomer stuff will happen this week.
Con Mucho Amor, Elder Spencer
