Week 6 & 7 FLORIDA BOUND! 1st EMAIL in the field!

Waaasssuuuup! Well Florida is a heck of alot better than Mexico! The plane ride here was super cool too i just talked to a girl who was my age from mexico who didnt speak any english but we talked like the whole plane ride and it was super sweet. But when we arrived here i got to meet alot of the other missionaries here and they are all super cool and chill. My companion is suuuuuuuper awesome! His name is Zeniff Daniel Gamez Cruz and hes from Utah too but raised in Mexico so Spanish is his first language so that should help me learn spanish faster. The people here in Miami are super awesome too! Everyone here is from a different country its unreal! The first lesson that we taught was to a woman from Peru. Then the next one was to a guy from Colombia. And then it was to a guy from Honduras. And a whole bunch of a other countries like Cuba, Guatemala, Costa Rica, we have met people already from everywhere. But whats really hard is that they all speak wayyyyy different its unreal. LIke cubans speak super fast and never say their s's so i cant understand them at all and it is pretty hard for my companion to understand them too. But yeah this first week was awesome! We found a family of 4 our first day and they are progressing and i really hope we can baptize them like if this family was my first baptism it would be so cool. They are from Honduras and their names are Ana and Juliano so yeah hopefully we can do it.

The house we are staying at is pretty nice. Its pretty big and we live with 2 other missionaries. They are pretty dope too. Going to church this Sunday was super fun too! I met the bishop and a bunch of members and we had 1 investigator come with us his name is Bryant and he is 15 years old and he is super cool. He wants to get baptized but his parents are really against it so we are gonna talk with him this week sometime and try to get a baptism date fo him.

The part of the city that we are at is seriously third world. Everything is in spanish! I have yet to talk to someone here that speaks somewhat good english. Pure Latinos here. All the restaurants are like restaurants you would see in costa rica except for the fast food restaurants. One of my favorite foods here is Baleadas. Its a hondurian dish and we have eaten it like a bunch already and it is suuuper rico. When we ate at some peruvians house they served us some weird food like raw fish in soup but it was good, dont know the name of it.

We have a car and get to use it every other day which is nice. My companion doesnt have a license so I have to drive everywhere which is kinduv scary cuz the drivers here are insane but so far so good. But yeah thanks for all them packages! Dont worry about sending more stuff i can pretty much get everything i need here. Well im runnin out of time but thanks for all your emails! Keep me updated on like college football and basketball there is nothing here where we can stay updated haha. Im gonna miss alot of stuff while im out here. ight well i gots to go later familila!
